• The 3-watt Maxbright LED is in a collimator housing that tightly focuses the beam for maximum distance. High and Low settings let you pick the distance.
• Four Ultrabright LEDs cast a wider beam for area lighting and give you High, Low and Flash settings with a separate switch.
• LEDs operate at much lower temperatures than traditional incandescent bulbs, but still generate heat. If this heat is not dissipated, the LED will suffer irreversible damage. Princeton Tec s proprietary heatsink technology allows the LEDs to burn brighter and longer.
• The separate battery case holds 4 AA alkaline batteries (included). The Apex is also compatible with lithium and rechargeable batteries.
• The Apex is waterproof to a 10 foot depth, making it perfect for watersports activities.
• The stretchy head band is fully adjustable and the lamp housing tilts to shine light right where you need it.
